The roof is corroded and leaks it will be removed and new corrugated sheets fitted over a membrane

Outside is not too bad so cover with membrane then new sheets

The inside cladding has woodworm which has been treated with Permethrin and will be vanished with Ronseal

Inside roof T&G has been treated with Permethrin and will be varnished with Ronseal

Floor has been treated with Permethrin a membrane will be added - then OSB board - finally a laminate floor will be laid
